Orchids, Orchids, Orchids: Repetition as Revolution with Erica Reid (via Zoom)

Guided by poems from Kaveh Akbar, Wendy Videlock, A. E. Stallings, Chris Bullard, and more, this class examines the ways that the repetition of a single word can have a cumulative and explosive effect on a poem. This class includes time for generative response and an opportunity to share our writing.

NB: This class is capped at 15 and will be taught on Zoom. You will receive the link as soon as you register for class and in a reminder email the day before the class. It will be sent to the email address you use to register. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within five minutes. Please refer to our course policies before registering for any class.

The Altman Person of Color Scholarships, Need-based Scholarships & LGBTQIA+ Scholarships are due on May 15th. Please notify us right away if your plans change and you cannot attend the class. Please refer to our Scholarships page before applying. Thank you in advance for this consideration.
