Opera Talk: La Bohème by Giacomo Puccini (Virtual Program)
Giacomo Puccini’s famous opera tells the tragic love story about impoverished artists in Paris – the poet Rodolfo and the seamstress Mimì – whose love affair is cut short by poverty and Mimì’s fatal illness.
Tanisha Mitchell, founder and CEO of Operatalks, an arts outreach company that brings a new spin on opera lectures by using technology, artifacts, and even her own singing to teach and inspire audiences, will present the program.
