Opening Reception: Yellow Studio Juried Member Show

The Gallery at Yellow Studio is thrilled to present its inaugural Juried Member Show, a vibrant celebration showcasing the diverse talents of our creative member community. Juried and curated by gallery Founder and Director Tina Villaveces, this highly anticipated exhibition brings together selected works from Yellow Studio’s remarkable women artists, highlighting the breadth and depth of artistic expression flourishing in our region. Celebrate creativity with us at the opening reception on Saturday, November 23, from 4 to 6pm. 

From Allison Belolan’s layered studies of the female form to Rebecca Rivard’s woven landscapes, from Angela Strassheim’s intimate mirror reflections to Julie Rosenberg’s painted guitars and Sophie Reisz’s contemplative still lifes, this exhibition showcases the dynamic range of artistic voices within our community. The selected works invite viewers into unique worlds: celebrations of bodily beauty merge with explorations of natural rhythms through interlacing lines. At the same time, moments of profound self-reflection stand alongside transformed musical instruments and quiet observations of everyday objects. Together, these pieces contribute to the larger narrative of the thriving creative hub of Yellow Studio.
