Opening Reception: “Kikuo Saito and Friends: New York City Downtown and Beyond, 1970’s and 1980’s”

Join us at the Opening Reception for our brand new exhibition, Kikuo Saito and Friends: New York City Downtown and Beyond, 1970’s and 1980’s, curated by renowned critic Karen Wilkin. This show features artwork by Saito and the close circle of artists that he was associated with for over 20 years. They include such notable figures as Helen Frankenthaler, Larry Poons, Kenneth Noland, and Anthony Caro, among many others. This eight-month major exhibition spans throughout the entirety of our Art Center.

In addition, Mary Mattingly and Leticia Pardo invite you to attend their Artists in Residence Open Studios to see their works in progress and chat with them about their practices.
