Open House and First Rehearsal of the season

This fall, the chorus will rehearse Vivaldi’s Gloria. The piece, along with a selection of holiday favorites, will be performed with organ accompaniment

on Saturday, December 7th at the Rye Presbyterian Church in Rye, N.Y. It promises to be a fun and festive afternoon, and one that you won’t want to miss,

whether on stage or in the audience.

As it has done since its inaugural season in 1942, the Westchester Choral Society, the longest continuously performing chorus in Westchester County,

will welcome those interested in joining the chorus at its first rehearsals. They can choose to audition beforehand or after attending one or two rehearsals.

Rehearsals take place from 7:00-9:30 p.m. at the Westchester Conservatory of Music in White Plains.

The rehearsals and the concert will be conducted by David Baranowski.
