On Point, a Solo Show by Carol Gromer

See the sensitive and extraordinarily realistic drawings of Carol Gromer at Mamaroneck Artists Guild from Tuesday, April 26 through Saturday, May 21, 2016. Ms. Gromer uses the different values of light to depict her subjects realistically while conveying strong emotions. She works predominately with graphite and charcoal, but often infuses color using conte crayon and colored pencils. Her subject matter varies from still lifes and landscapes to figures, as well as ballet themes.

Meet Carol Gromer at a reception Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 3-5 pm.

The gallery is located at 126 Larchmont Avenue, Larchmont, NY. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 12 noon to 5 p.m. Admission to the gallery is free.

Established in 1953 by seven local artists, the Mamaroneck Artists Guild, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is the oldest artist cooperative maintaining its own gallery in Westchester County.
