New Westchester Symphony Orchestra Spring Concert

The New Westchester Symphony Orchestra (NewWSO), Westchester’s newest community orchestra, presents a program of orchestral favorites by Mozart, Bach, Brahms, Mozart, and more. This is a 60-minute program with no intermission.

NewWSO is an all-volunteer orchestra comprised of musicians of all ages and abilities. NewWSO musicians are students, physicians, attorneys, teachers, parents, and more. Some have played all their lives, others are coming back to the instrument of their youth after decades, yet others are learning new instruments as adults. All are dedicated to practicing and performing music for themselves, for each other, and for the community.

There are no auditions to join NewWSO. Rehearsals are open to members of the general who wish to play, as long as there is room in their instrument’s section.
