Nature-Inspired Writing with Michelle Levy, M.A.

In this 3-hour workshop, participants will explore the spectacular grounds of Wainwright House, including the walking labyrinth. We will contemplate the contrasts between manicured gardens and the untamed great outdoors. We will observe nature and the circle of life, get in touch with our wildness, and restore our vitality through contact with the natural elements. We will write for 20 minutes and share our writing in a circle. You will learn the principles of deep ecology, biomimicry, and nature interpretation, and gain a deeper enjoyment of outdoor experiences for the rest of your life.

Open to adults of all levels. Prepare for an easy walk and sitting on the ground.
