For National Picture Book Month, Marisa Boan will share her story of local New Rochelle adventurer Rocky the Raccoon as he explores new places and discovers new things. Join Rocky as he ventures out close to home and learns about what great things Downtown New Rochelle has to offer…fun just around the corner! Children’s Room. This month-long celebration is made possible by Sara and Steve Sone, in loving memory of their mother, former NRPL children’s librarian Louise Sonet.
