In the distant future, Rock’n Roll has become so popular that it has taken over the economy! Harvey, a young wanna-be tax accountant, is forced to study rock music in college and seems doomed to a life of heavy metal guitar solos. As an act of defiance, he forms a band that sings about the stock market, taxes, and other topics that don’t ‘rock’.
