Modigliani Quartet
A favorite of the Friends of Music audience, the Modigliani Quartet returns for its third appearance on our series. They have been praised for their “elegance and shaded refinement [that brings] a distinctive style to the tapering of phrase, balance, and quality of sound.”
The French ensemble’s program will include:
- Mozart’s String Quartet in D Major, K. 575
- Saint Saens’s Quartet in E minor, Op. 112
- Mendelssohn’s String Quartet in F minor, Op. 80.
