An Evening with Melissa Febos & Lidia Yuknavitch – Melissa Febos (Whip Smart, St. Martin’s Press, 2010) will read from her new memoir, Abandon Me. Lidia Yuknavitch (The Small Backs of Children) will read from her acclaimed novel, The Book of Joan. Feb., who serves on the Board of Directors of VIDA:Women in Literary Arts, has been featured on NPR’s Fresh Air, CNN, and Anderson Cooper Live. In addition to her novels, Yuknavitch is the author of a critical book on war and narrative, Allegories of Violence.
