Works in a variety of media — all 15 inches or smaller — are featured in the 10th Annual Small Works Exhibition at the Mamaroneck Artists Guild Gallery. On exhibit beginning Wednesday, April 30, 2014 and continuing through Saturday, May 24, 2014, the works in this juried exhibition demonstrates incredible creativity and skill achieved by artists working within the limitations of fifteen inches or less.

Paintings, sculpture, photography and mixed media works were selected by juror Bartholomew Bland, Director of Curatorial Affairs at the Hudson River Museum in Yonkers, New York. Mr. Bland’s exhibitions for the museum include “Paintbox Leaves: Autumnal Inspiration from Cole to Wyeth” and “Dutch New York: The Roots of Hudson Valley”. His exhibition, “American Dreamers: Reality and Imagination in Contemporary Art” appeared at the Palazzo Strozzi in Florence, Italy. Other projects have included the traveling exhibition “A Field Guide to Sprawl”, which appeared at Yale University and “All Things in Time”, a survey of African American artist Whitfield Lovell.
