In these uncertain and ever changing times, artists persist in creating art. MAG presents an on-line exhibit of members’ work, made in the shadow of the pandemic on our website, www.mamaroneckasrtistyguild.org
In makeshift studios, on desktops and dining room tables, in basements and attics, artists continue to make art.
Artists rely on social interactions to share their ideas and processes. While we were closed, we turned to on-line shows, social media, Zoom meetings, and Facebook to share our member’s creativity. We miss the in-person, physical interaction like gallery and museum visits, art receptions, lectures and demos, and studio visits.
