Lyndhurst Gardening Workshops

Nick Storrs will offer five hands-on horticultural workshops for adults focused cultivating heirloom vegetable and garden varieties that were common during the Lyndhurst time period – 1830-1950.

Workshops will run monthly, May – September.  Each workshop runs from 2 pm – 5 pm and will focus on a set of seasonal gardening skills, planning and propagating seeds, to trellising and pruning techniques, to extending the growing season and putting a garden “to bed” for the winter. The overarching goal is to build confidence in your backyard garden while celebrating the rare heirloom varieties and the continuity of culture that gardening has allow to survive throughout generations.

Visitors are invited to attend one or more workshops. Purchase a bundle for all 5 workshops and receive a 20% discount.
