Local Author Presentation with Mano Orel,

Local author, Mano Orel, will discuss his book, ”Under the Enemy’s Nose.” Mr. Orel, a photographer as well as a Holocaust survivor,  will relate his experiences and share his memories.

Mano was born in Athens, Greece in 1925,  and after the German occupation of Greece joined the secret resistance organization EAM, the Greek Liberation Front.  In 1949, Mano immigrated to Israel, and in 1967 he settled in the United States.
