Life Sketches: Personal Story Writing with Kim Kovach (Zoom)

| |

Life Sketches: Personal Story Writing sparks memories of important people, places and experiences in life that may have been forgotten. In this six-week session, which meets Oct. 9, Oct. 16, Oct. 23, Oct. 30, Nov. 6, and Nov. 13 (6:30-8:30 p.m.), participants are inspired to reflect back and view life experiences in new ways to write personal stories on different topics each week.  Author and writing teacher, Kim Kovach, brings fun, fresh ideas to turn personal memories and life events into interesting narrative nonfiction stories to share with family and friends. A cathartic and rewarding writing experience for writers interested in the personal essay genre or to add to a family history.

Kim Kovach teaches fiction writing, creative writing and personal story writing classes. Kim is the author of six fiction books including the short story collection, A Few Bad Decisions. Kim is the editor of two anthologies, Fiction on Fridays and Whatever Happened to Hansel and Gretel?
