Lidia Bastianich in Conversation with Chef Jay Lippin

Best-selling author and Emmy-winning host of Lidia’s Kitchen, has co-authored, with her daughter Tanya, their newest book, Lidia’s Mastering the Art of Italian Cuisine: Everything You Need to Know to Be a Great Italian Cook-covering everything from ingredients to techniques to tools, plus more than 400 delectable recipes.  Lidia is a regular contributor to public television cooking shows since 1998.  She along with her children, own several Italian restaurants in the United States, including four in New York City.

Chef Lippin is the Executive Chef at Crabtree’s Kittle House.
