Let’s Talk: Effective Conflict Resolution: Get Your Needs Met and Keep Relationships Too

This workshop will present essential features of an approach to negotiation and conflict resolution known as “interest based” or “principled” negotiation. It is a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), that was first described in a seminal book called “Getting to Yes”, out of the Harvard Project on Negotiation in 1983. It is an approach that can help lead participants to fair, equitable, win-win outcomes, while helping to preserve long-term relationships.

Some complimentary tickets are available for those in need, please email [email protected] to inquire about availability.  Supplies are limited.
