Law at the Library: “Help for Homeowners: Navigating the City’s Building Permit Process”


Thinking of an interior renovation?  Need a new deck or addition to your home?  The NRPL Foundation and the New Rochelle Bar Association are teaming-up again to continue their “Law at The Library” series. This session will focus on the permit and legal issues of home improvements, and how to navigate the City’s Building Department. Attorney Richard Sosis, former chair of the New Rochelle Zoning Board, will moderate a panel of experts comprised of real estate attorney Michele Tombini, Deputy Commissioner/Building Official Paul Vacca, and architect John Woodruff. The hour-long program of useful information and advice will be followed by question and answer period. Ossie Davis Theater. Free.
