The Jones Factor is a a 10-piece funk, fusion, jazz ensemble that draws its players from diverse musical backgrounds who have played with Frank Sinatra, Elton John, The Village Vanguard Orchestra, Diana Ross, and so many more.

Award-winning guitarist, composer, and arranger Chieli Minucci is a major force in the jazz and world music scene. In addition to writing and performing his own music, he has recorded and performed with Celine Dion, Lionel Richie, Jennifer Lopez, and many other stars of the entertainment world.
