Hooping Fun at the Library!

Join in an afternoon of learning how to use a hoola hoop with Instructor Heather  .  A great way to share an inter-generational activitiy enjoyed by this generation and older adults.  Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles or Older Adults with a Grandchild or Youngester Friend can play and learn from one another, get in some exercise and a few laughs.  Comfortable clothes with flat shoes recommended.  Space is limited to inter-generation groups of 10.  Registration required.
