This class will teach breathing techniques, gentle movements, mudras and mindfulness that help strengthen the immune system to support one’s health and vitality and regulate the nervous system which keeps one in balance experiencing a sense of calm and harmony in body, mind and breath. No previous Qigong experience necessary.
