Hudson Valley Music Club November Mostly Morning Series Concert
On Tuesday, November 10, at 11:00 AM, the Hudson Valley Music Club will present a Mostly Morning Music program of vocal, flute and cello works performed by local artists. Joan Nelson, soprano, accompanied by Judith Soffer, piano, will perform songs by Roger Quilter and M. Addison inspired by words of Shakespeare. They will be joined by Marjorie Hone, flute, in a work by Stephen Schwarts and Leonard Bernstein. Ms. Hone and Ms. Soffer will perform works by J.S. Bach and Bruch. Lila Ainsworth, cello, and Nely Burla, piano, will perform works by Haydn and Popper.
