History of Modern Dance

Youth Theatre Interactions, Inc. is pleased to present The History of Modern Dance, a fun and engaging workshop for dance and performing arts lovers.  In this workshop, facilitator Robert Evans (Dance Ministries Institute), will discuss the origins of contemporary modern dance.  Through lecture, video and demonstration, you will learn about the different schools of movement and dance theory from Laban to Graham to Dunham to Ailey and beyond.
