Hats Off! Exhibition Opening

This year we are calling all artists to create Hats of all kinds for a special gallery265 exhibit in honor of Arc of Westchester’s 65th Anniversary. Hats can be fun or functional, silly or stylish. They can be wild and happy, symbolic, part of a celebration or a personal statement.
