Harrison Public Library presents “Positive/Negative Perspective” by Frank Guida
Exhibition is on display November 3, 2024 to November 29, 2024.
Gallery is open to the public during regular library hours.
Artist’s Statement:
I have always been fascinated with nature – all of nature. The diversity and beauty that can be found in our small local preserves is more subject matter than one lifetime could ever capture on paper. Drawing, for me, is the way I can most clearly convey what I feel and see. In the process, I become more aware and more intimate with the natural world. More recently, I have been enjoying sharing my discernment of the interaction of light and dark by focusing many of my compositions on the play of positive versus negative.
I hope you enjoy the drawings,
Frank Guida
