Psalms have been inspiration and consolation for people of many faiths.  They have captured the imagination of many because of their beauty and imagery.  The paintings of Fred Spinowitz are the subject and interaction between him and 5 photographers.  The artists and viewers will engage in a visual conversation while thinking about the poetry of the psalms.  To encourage a visual dialogue, we will have unlined sketchbooks and markers at strategic locations in the gallery.  Viewers are invited to write/draw their impressions of each psalm while experiencing the artists’ renderings. Featuring photography by David Brown, Bart Gorin, Liv Jordan, Sagit Shans, Ahron Weiner and Scott Wright.
