FREE West African Dance Workshop for youth ages 12-17 years old.
Thursday, April 29, 2021 from 4:30-5:30 pm
Come feel the joy and vitality of rhythms rooted in Africa / Diaspora dance & music workshop while exploring West African cultural songs and drumming!
This workshop is an introduction to the complex rhythms of traditional West African culture that will connect traditional songs, dances, and music with the culture and use those elements in choreography.
