Free concert: English Songs performed by Ivor Klayman and Svetlana Gorokhovich
Scottish baritone Ivor Klayman has sung most of the major baritone roles in the 19th and 20th Century operatic repertoire. He’s joined by pianist Svetlana Gorokhovich for this all-English program featuring A Shropshire Lad— settings by George Butterworth of poems by A.E. Housman– and the striking Sea Pictures of Edward Elgar.
