Foreign Policy Discussion Group: Putin’s Russia

Guest Speaker via Skype: Angela Stent, is Director of the Center for Eurasian, Russian and East European Studies and Prof. of Government and Foreign Service at Georgetown University.  US-Russian relations have spiraled down to their lowest point since Gorbachev came to power in 1985.  What would a more effective U.S. policy toward Russia look like?  And, if this will indeed be a long-term crisis, how do we prepare for what could be a 21st century cold war?
