US-Russian relations have spiraled down to their lowest point since 1985.  The Ukraine crisis and Moscow’s  violations of agreements have raised serious about the scope of the Kremlin’s aim and the future stability and security of Europe.  How did we arrive at this dangerous moment?  What are the possible outlines of a resolution of the war in Ukraine
