Film: Artifishal

Connecticut Fund for the Environment/Save the Sound presents Artifishal, a Patagonia film about people, rivers, and the fight for the future of wild fish and the environment that supports them. With the threat of climate change, it is even more important for wild fish populations to be able to survive changing conditions and compromised habitat. This film explores wild salmon populations and their journey toward extinction, including the threats posed by fish hatcheries and fish farms. After the screening, Soundkeeper Bill Lucey will discuss and answer questions on local fish populations and fisheries in Long Island Sound. Free. Donations to Save the Sound are gratefully accepted.
