Family Studio Science Workshop: Can You Fold a Space Telescope?
The James Webb Space Telescope is set for launch this month. It is so large it has to be folded up to fit inside its launch vehicle. Try your hand at packing a telescope into a rocket—mirror, sunshield, instruments, and all—so it will deploy successfully in orbit.
Recommended for ages 8+. Please note, the last family will be admitted at 3:45pm.
