Family Day Art Workshop: ‘Portraying Your Personal History’

|

Create a self-reflecting object to describe your personal history with artist Charles McGill!

Charles McGill integrates images drawn from the web and collages them onto golf bags and found materials. Charles draws on the history of the African American community and explores the power of using found images and objects to create artworks.

Participants should bring their own photographs on printer paper, (not photographic paper.) The event is open to all ages! Students under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited: please RSVP by calling 914.788.0100 or email [email protected]
