Exhibition: “Art at the Core: The Intersection of Visual Art and Performance”

“Art at the Core: The Intersection of Visual Art and Performance” Exhibit features artworks that suggest a narrative; and translations of the artworks into live performances.

Art at the Core: The Intersection of Visual Art and Performance is a group exhibit that will feature works by Chen Zhen, Ben Schumacher, Jeff Wall, Marina Abramovic, Jordan Rathus, Italo Scanga, Phil Wagner, and Susan Frecon among others. A series of theater pieces will be created by writers, actors, and director Mara Mills in response to the exhibit and performed throughout the winter and spring in the main gallery space.
