“OLD, NEW, MOSTLY BLUE” WATERCOLORS BY CHRISTINE MORGAN/TETER
Harrison Council for the Arts presents “Old, New, Mostly Blue” watercolors by Christine Morgan/Teter at the Harrison Public Library, 2 Bruce Avenue, July 5 to 28 with an opening reception July 6 from 7:00 to 8:30pm.
Award-winning artist Christine Morgan/Teter creates her watercolors by choosing subject matter that is both easily recognizable and radiates peacefulness at times letting the medium “wander” on its own. She began her career as a designer and layout artist in book publishing, while continuing to pursue her own interests in drawing and painting. She became a full-time artist focusing on watercolors, pet portraits and calligraphy in 2010.
The exhibit may be viewed Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30am to 9pm; Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 9:30am to 5:30pm and Saturdays 9:30am to 12:30pm.
