Choreographer Ephrat Asherie collaborates with Grammy award-winning jazz musician and composer Arturo O’Farrill to explore this question in the company’s newest creation, the evening-length Shadow Cities.

Bringing together EAD’s exhilarating choreography — a unique remix of street and club dances including breaking, hip hop, house and waacking — with O’Farrill’s singular jazz sound, Shadow Cities’ cast of six dancers and four musicians delve into the beauty and vastness of what it means to be and to feel in-between.
