For decades, Rio-born drummer Duduka Da Fonseca has been a leading drummer/band leader of Samba Jazz, the exciting blend of Brazilian rhythms and American jazz.
The 4-time Grammy and Latin Grammy-nominated drummer has played on over 200 albums and had led or co-led over 20 of them. His new album “Yes!!!” was listed by JAZZIZ among 10 Albums You Need To Know. He’s joined on this gig by Maucha Adnet, vocalist for Antonio Carlos Jobim.
