George Hubbard (Hub) Miller (1934-1982) excelled as both a cowboy and an electrical engineer in his native Oregon before his accomplishments as a composer and performer brought him to New York where he worked with the Joffrey Ballet, Bette Midler and the Broadway production of Hair. A gift for melody, love of nature, Eastern philosophy inform much of his music.
