Dance Off The Grid: “Bessie” Award Winning Artists

Dance Off The Grid, the eclectic performance series now in its fifth season at the Emelin Theatre, has teamed up with Dance/NYC, responsible for the NY Dance and Performance Awards (“Bessies”). “The Bessies” recognize outstanding and groundbreaking creative work by independent dance artists in NYC, and are awarded in the categories of choreography, performance, music composition and visual design. Three past Bessie recipients will perform in this special Dance Off The Grid event, including Pam Tanowitz Dance, Beth Gill, and Eiko Otake.
