Culinary for Children: Panzerotti

Panzerotti, or small, goody-filled savory pastries, are loved worldwide. Originating in Puglia, these flaky pastries are like miniature calzones, and can be stuffed with anything. Have fun as you learn to make the dough and stuff your own panzerotti with anything from mozzarella and tomatoes to baby corn and ham. Appropriate for all ages. Space is limited, early registration is suggested.
