COOKING: All About Peppers


In Italy many types of peppers are used, from hot cherry peppers, red and green peppers, to frying peppers, also known as cubanelle peppers. This class will focus on some dishes using red bell peppers and Italian frying peppers. Learn how to prepare the most delicious peppers with sausage, how to roast your peppers to perfection, and how to make a versatile pepper salad to enjoy in the summer time. Featured dishes will be served family style accompanied by a complimentary glass of wine. Presented by Ann Solinger.
