Tennessee Walt’s “The Other Great American Songbook” is a lecture/concert tracing the history of classic country music from 1927 into the 1960s. The show features live performances of 20 songs by such classic-country artists as the Carter Family, Loretta Lynn, Kris Kristofferson, Willie Nelson, Jimmie Rodgers, Hank Snow, Ernest Tubb and Hank Williams.
