Classical Jam

The Classical Jam Trio (cello, piano, percussion) will perform from their wide range of eclectic repertoire developed over the past decade: world-music-inspired arrangements of classical favorites, music by Jazz pioneers Duke Ellington and Herbie Hancock, re-inventions of Bach’s masterpieces via Middle Eastern percussion, as well as original compositions by CJ collaborators. Audiences should expect an equal measure of classical virtuosity and contemporary, improvisational talent.
