A well-rounded class that works the entire body and helps you release stress and get centered. Begins with breathing techniques, a flow sequence to stretch and energize, and twists to detox. Then we work on poses that increase flexibility and strength. The class ends with meditation and shivasana.
Leave feeling refreshed and able to sail through your day with joy and ease. Some experience is required but this is a general class that will benefit most people.
