Bluegrass Concert by Too Blue
“Too Blue” will perform a free, truly Red, White and Blue performance for 4th of July week will kick off the 30th season of NRPL’s International Music and Dance series.
Blending bluegrass, jazz, swing and Celtic music, acoustic quartet “Too Blue” delivers an adventurous performance filled with soaring harmonies and catchy finger-pickin’. Hailing from New York and Connecticut, members Betsy Rome (guitar), Joan Harrison (banjo), Michael Sassano (mandolin) and Jamie Doris (bass) bring a large dose of musical fun and virtuosity to songs ranging from Patsy Cline to Bill Monroe to their own compositions.
