BLOOM – Pelham Art Center

The Pelham Art Center celebrates with BLOOM, this year’s annual Spring Gala on Saturday, April 28^th, 7-11 pm at the New York Athletic Club, 31 Shore Road, Pelham Manor, NY. This glowing evening includes fine dining, dancing, and a radiant selection of auction items and experiences.

Co-Chaired by Brian Bober and Lisa Koonce this event brings together 250 tastemakers to celebrate art, education, and community. Unique tablescapes elevate the whimsy of the magical décor at BLOOM, created by board members and supporters of the Pelham Art Center including: Annette Candido, Missy Fink, Ginette Dean, Katy Garry, Tracee Neumann and many more.

Entertainment provided by local DJ Stephen Byfeld. Grow your budding art collection by picking up a fresh work of art with artworks by Shepard Fairey, Kate Fauvell,  Zaria Forman, Johan Vipper, or Michael De Feo aka The Flower Guy, to name a few. Auction experiences include a four day three night stay at Half Moon Bay Resort in Jamaica, five nights at a private home for 10 in Deer Valley, a respite in Budapest, orchestra tickets to the opera, private catered dinners, custom painting workshop and much more. Join us in this garden of delights and meet our new Executive Director, Charlotte Mouquin.

The Pelham Art Center is a 501c3 dedicated to providing the public with a place, resources and opportunities to see, study and experience art in a community setting. The organization is committed to the belief that public participation in and access to the arts on a free or affordable basis fosters community development and engagement. The Pelham Art Center currently serves more than 16,000 area residents, from preschoolers to seniors, with year-round art programs.  Programming includes exhibitions, public sculptures in the courtyard and Wolf Lane Park, art education classes for all ages, outreach programs to neighboring schools, scholarship funds to make art affordable for everyone, and powerful public programs celebrating folk art traditions that are free and open to all and include art making workshops.
