“Bellezze da Spazzatura” the Art of Natalya Khorover
Natalya’s ode to the beauty of flowers is formed and stitched from single-use plastic, the very same single-use plastic that is littering our planet and adding to our collective climate emergency. Here it is transformed into luscious, colorful swirls of petals and leaves, from sophisticated peonies to humble corn flowers. Unlike the blossom on a real rose, these flowers and art works will last forever.
The exhibit is on view from Friday, April 16th to Sunday, May 15th.Flower Crafting from Single-Use Plastic workshop will take place on Saturday, May 7th from 2 to 4pm.
