Basics of Yoga with Sujatha Raman

Summer Series 2: July 21, 28, Aug 4, 11

For those new to yoga and those who would like to work at a pace that allows them to integrate breath with movement. Taught in a supportive environment, the class will help you increase strength and flexibility. Class includes asanas, breathing techniques and meditation. Master sun salutation and asanas such as pachimotanasa (seated forward bend), trikonasana (triangle pose) and sar- vangasana (shoulder stand).

Learn how to use your breath to relax, de-stress and energize yourself.
